Verizon offered unlimited data at a reasonable price, they use massive amounts of data, the competitor they were using might not offer unlimited data, or jack up their rates because they are the only game in town.

As disgusting as this is, to be fair, with flooding the likes of which we have never seen before, most roads and other infrastructure for transporting goods in the areas affected are useless... There is a serious problem with getting supplies to places that need them.
