This is misinformation, if you activated your ps4 as your main, then you will not have this problem. I have been happily able to play witcher3, mgsv and bloodbourne all day with no psn login. I purchased these all online and have no disk for any of them.

None of your games should be locked, (excluding multiplayer games for obvious reasons) unless you don’t have then downloaded in which case how did you expect to play anything anyway?
