Im pretty sure its not a bug, Rocket has been playing with some interesting forced scarcity mechanics, and that's why there are currently no server spawns and the servers need to go down every couple of hours to refresh their spawns.

I use one of these in my office to run our time clock, and various other statistical sales scripts. Using it as a headless web server for my various scripts is ridiculously useful, it is hands down the best purchase I have made for the office.

It uses resources that you would otherwise use for something else, takes your personal data as trade for its usage despite FORCING you to use it to play EA games, utilizes spyware to get data from your computer without asking, and was born out of spite for EA not getting a big enough cut of the steam pie.

Pokemon X/Y and Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate should be on the list as well. If you don't already have them, they are well worth purchasing the console just for those 2 games.
