Really? What’s wrong with enjoying nice photos?

Sugru is awesome but it does have a shelf life. I bought a bag with a dozen(?) or so packets, used two and had to throw out the rest.
Forgot to add; they added a chopped-up clove of garlic and a dash of grated ginger as well.
I’ve had cauliflower in China. They cut and used the “outer layer”, making small flowers of them (sorry, not a native speaker). Then they cooked them in a wok in the tiniest bit of water, with a pinch of vetsin.
Nowadays, I take both my laptop and a tablet. It basically can add another couple of hours to a day. Of course you can’t do everything on a tablet, but at least you’re not stuck.
In The Netherlands, I’m seeing more and more wedding invitations that say at the bottom: “gift tip: envelope”. So you give anywhere between 50 and 100 euros (USD$ 60-120). Works fine and I don’t get the many objections, really.
Yup, join the club. At least I’ve found a friend who likes to run, and at least then I can’t make up excuses to avoid exercise.
With a 2-year-old running around the house, I don’t want to level up, I just want to rest and regain my hitpoints.
Funnily enough, with a two-year-old daughter we gravitated towards her spending more time on care, and me spending more time on housekeeping :)
Long list? Except for this minor missing feature, I find iOS 9 to be very rich in features. The new Notes app, additions to Maps, the new Low Power Mode, Siri which does things proactively, and if you use iPad, the multitasking.
With a 2 year old, I’d kill to spend the holidays alone :-P
You’re saying: I can afford it, and it’s worth it. But rather the question could be: given how long you want to work, can you afford it? So — how long do you want to work? 10 years from now? 30 years? 40 years? Until you die?
I have only one rule: if we celebrate Valentine’s Day, we also celebrate Steak & BJ day. Unfortunately, I had to fall in love with a vegetarian who can’t cook a nice steak if her life depended on it :(
An alternative is that you state your preference for keeping finances separate, and cohabiting (instead of marrying).
I wonder how it works when you make a phone call yourself, instead of receiving a call.
For people in a hurry: the video its informational part actually starts at 2:30.
Even though you perhaps can rationalize a purchase, for example you need a wardrobe upgrade for work, you can probably find an alternative. Nowadays, I still buy new clothes but often mix in second hand stuff as well.
Are you joking around, or is that last sentence an autocorrect gone wrong? :D
That is very interesting... you actually run on them, not just walking? They run as good as with shoes? And why would you never consider going back?
I totally agree. I’ve been running for five years, and out of habit, always stayed with Nike. Then I ruined my last pair by doing a mud race and then putting them in a (hot) washing machine. The same week, I found $20 off-brand running shoes in the Aldi supermarket and I’ve been running for months on them. No…
