But if people have the false assumption that organic/additive free is healthy, it is on them, not the company. It is not their fault that people believe organic is healthier. Same rationale can apply for cola, food, or vegetables in general. If deceptive marketing is the issues be consistent.

I dunno, I smoke American Spirits and I never had any assumption that “Natural” and “Additive Free” made them more healthy. I chose them because the material wasn’t grown with chemical fertilizers or pesticides, and doesn’t get mixed up with flavor concentrates or chemical accelerants (for a faster/hotter burn).
