Ok, I'm going to Seinfeld's stand-up show in Boston on the 19th. I'll be sure to ask him exactly what he was driving.

I wasn't aware Jalopnik had a dAIry section...

This is just a thought and I may be way off, but we should also consider that it had to be something that was sufficiently easy to roll. Would something like a Fiat 850 be easier to roll than a 124 or the like?

The story is bound to reach one of the Fiat forums...maybe they will have an answer for what a BTM is.

Now all BMW needs to do is make a wagon version.

That rear end is horrendous.

Would be unfortunate if it were to somehow flip over onto its back and puncture that tank...

Kinda sorta seems that all those fancy electronic gizmos that Godzilla has are a little too confidence inspiring...

I love Alex Roy's comment "with a breakdown average of 1000 on Gumball" and the immediate response from the Mercedes rep. Clarkson seemed to think it was pretty reliable when he took it across Europe a few seasons ago on Top Gear.

wow...it's even uglier than the last generation was. but hey, the interior looks nice (a hell of a lot nicer than Godzilla's at least).

I'm confused...are you sure that's a Zagato and not another Chinese knockoff, because that's exactly what it looks like. Fuuuuugly. Can anyone recall another Zagato design flop?

@ƂƵЯ: Considering the hilariously poor crash tests results of Chinese cars ([jalopnik.com]) we saw a little while ago, I'm not sure that Chinese auto manufacturers providing safety equipment is such a good idea...

One thing is missing...where is the glorious soundtrack? All I heard was something that sounded a little like a vacuum cleaner.

@1300ccsoffury: These appear to be a popular choice as a taxi in Bermuda...along with other JDM stuff I've never seen or heard of before.

No reason they couldn't be running the new engine in what looks like pretty much a standard body...Delete the front fascia and this would be such an awesome sleeper car.

I think they might have to kill off the White Stig now...

Cool! Oh wait...it's doesn't actually work.

Just think about the Top Gear Cool Wall. Where would something like an RS4 Avant go? Sub-zero.

And I have soiled myself yet again...thanks Audi. Can you imagine how good this will look in S4/RS4 form?
