Fingers crossed for a remake of "Maudlin's Eleven."

Hey, Hank is a parent, and the title of the show is Parenthood. They never specified that the show would always be BRAVERMAN parents…
That's almost certainly the case. Hank's family, maybe even Ray Romano are guest stars and not paid as much.
Yeah. I know that. Except for the four siblings and Kristina, all of them would be absent from the occasional episode, even Joel and Jasmine and the parents. Now there is more of that.
No Joel or Julia this week. No parents (that's been done before.) Really made for longer scenes than they normally do, with fewer plots running.
Jan was one of or maybe the only female cast member who could really play sexy. Jan wasn't all that pretty to me, but she could play sexy.
To be honest, is Amber really worth it? I don't even find the actress all that attractive, and it's not as if her life is really going places. Now someone else's baby on the way? What does she really have to offer that guy?
Basketball was supposed to be the sport of the 70s. The 1970s. Seriously. It was going to take over the way that football took over for baseball. It sort of plateaued. People are interested when there's a great player or matchup, otherwise not as much.
I'm sympathetic because I have a similar past. But it is a past. If you want a relationship now or in the future, start working on yourself to change things. It can be done.
"High morals"? If your reference point is the Old Testament.
I guess that's the thing. He doesn't seem to take any responsibility for his family. Just a self-centered moralist who's used to giving lectures.
I think The Masks works better as more of a macabre piece than morality play. The old man seems just as bad as they are, if less of a hypocrite. Like you said, who among us isn't something of a hypocrite.
To me, the old man (Jason) is just a huge asshole.
I don't think the writers/creators are viewing Cutler and Lou Avery the same, as these big villains some people seem to think they are.
"Hey Lou! Remember when I wouldn't sign a contract with Roger and Bert Cooper? Well, now I'm signing a five year deal with the devil just to screw you over! Here's a year and a half of salary to go do what you want - work on your comic strip or get another job and get paid twice!"
Oh, I get it. You comment on my comment which was commenting about someone else's comment. It's the circle of life!
You really don't get it.
Dames: is there nothing they can't do?
…because in your dream world, Norm McDonald was revered and hugely popular. He wasn't. He had his fans, others didn't care for him. There were more popular Update anchors.
They weren't sliding, they were taking tiny steps while the strobe made it look like they were sliding. Which was more interesting than if they had been on a belt or something.
