I think Person Of Interest does a good job with its tech, but the tech on that show is sort of a central theme (computer guru builds a machine that can follow everyone), so it's a little different.

I agree.  I get his point, but the problem is twofold.  I think it would have worked better in season One or Two since we didn't know as much about the characters.  Maybe then we think it could work, now we KNOW it won't, so it's tedious.
