I’m pretty sure better than 80% of Republican lawmakers realize “concerns about voter fraud” is nothing more than a strategy to frustrate poor people, minorities and college students from voting, which would kneecap their opposition.
I’m lowballing with the 80% in order to take into account the ones who are dumb enough…
