Let me tell you a little something about High Point, NC.

What I think is so funny about everyone responding to you is that they don’t understand the basic point you are trying to make. They want to call you a cheap skate and say you don’t tip, but obviously these people can’t fucking read.

I was about to lease a 2 year old luxury vehicle and put it out on the road doing Uber rides, and after crunching the real numbers and speaking with a few drivers about what people really make, the dollars didn’t make sense.

There are also businesses that not only count your satisfaction rating, but how often you’re being surveyed. Not doing the survey isn’t as bad as tanking their score, but you could be doing someone who does a better than average job a disservice by not helping them get their count up if they need it.

I have a very good friend who does consulting in the customer service industry. He is unbelievable at what he does, but he regularly tells me horror stories of what different companies he has worked with expect their employees to live up to.
