I had this lesson drilled into my head as a small child. When I first started racing my father (who is the most obsessive racing addict I have ever came across in my life) told me that you have to finish to win, and sometimes you have to know when to just cruise and bide your time. His example was always Al Unser Sr.

I’ve done a few long distance and endurance type races and the one thing that I learned above all else is patience. You can’t win practice and you can’t win a long race just fractions into the thing.

I actually like every part of its styling except for the wing.

Damn!

The looks are subjective, but being FWD isn’t necessarily a check against the car.

Better get the GAP and some supplemental coverage.

While I don’t disagree with your assessment, I will say that more than 20yrs of baking the Type R logo into our heads will give these dealers a lot of leeway when it comes to markup.

Screw the dealer mark up. Ill just keep my eyes open for a front clip and sales on bleach. Some 17yo with a rich mommy and daddy will kill themselves in one. Hopefully nothing a little scrubbing and wrenching won’t fix.

When you come out with a car like this that you plan to sell in limited quantities and dealerships instantly raise the price $5k, $10k or even $20k over sticker, all that tells me is that you could have made an even better car and the market would have been able to bear the cost of the performance of that car. He was who we thought he was, and they let him off the hook.

I figure it’s their mistake, so they should compensate for about $250k/yr for the years he missed.

Maybe his opinion should be taken with a grain of salt?

Not that I agree with his actions, but wouldn’t disagreeing with and feeling oppressed by the government, taking up arms and then attempting to take down said government through means of force be one of the most American acts he can commit. I mean it’s so damn important that they made it the 2nd most American thing in

Hopefully this man is compensated for his time financially.

It isn’t even the America safety standards, it’s all Europe.

I think the players have to reimburse the NCAA for their game checks though.

They definitely won’t be bucking the trend with this car. They “hope” to sell a couple per store per month.

The trunk on this car is unbelievably small.

Would have been a great place for a heated steering wheel button.

Pedestrian crash standards are the reason for the higher hood.
