We’re testing both in limited markets to gather data right now.

NJ is “emissions only” and has been for 10+ years. Within the last 2 or 3 years the now require no inspection at all for vehicles produced prior to 1996.

Its basically just and OBD II scan and a gas cap vacuum test. No safety or functional components are checked anymore.

X2, I had one of these, it was the best car I’ve owned so far. (RIP thanks to an inattentive driver.)  These are great drivers and the last of the original BMW formula. This is a good price.
