Right? I was the staunchest of Clintonistas in the last primary and I’m in total agreement. Who the fuck is supporting Garcetti/Bloomberg?

Legislative salaries were implemented specfifically so that the government WOULDN’T just be rich fucks who don’t need the money. You have to have a middle ground.

This is my dreeeeeeam ticket.

I definitely see your point about the criminalization of plant ownership being sort of inextricably linked to the stigmatization of addiction, and there’s no question that you’re right about it eliminating the risk of overdose by fentanyl, elephant tranquilizer, or other surprise narcotic.

It’s still totally possible to overdose on morphine or heroin by themselves though, especially when the concentration and purity of your product is ??? because you isolated/synthesized it in your kitchen.

I’d definitely rate the above article as more important given that it’s report on a story that happened, rather than a self indulgent concern fantasy that doesn’t really even seem to end in a call for action.

The sinking of Atlantis was an inside job.

TBH I will not be surprised if the books end with the defeat of the white walkers followed by everyone’s slow death by starvation. That would be supremely on theme.

When I found out that Kevin Kline almost played Tim Allen’s character my heart was broken.

Jason, you’re the all-seeing eye of the delay monster, any idea why Fractured but Whole has been so long delayed?

Bullshit. They’ll pry the eyebrow razor from my cold, dead, wolfman-looking hands.

It’s SUCH a classic. It’s weird and different and goofy and thoughtful, all at the same time.

FWIW I bought it a week before it went on sale and then felt like an idiot.

Still chipping away at Valkyria Chronicles! I’m in the midst of liberating the not-a-concentration-camp-at-all and damn that train can be a bastard.

Given that the Constituion explicitly includes a provision for weighting the value of a vote in one state higher than the value of a vote in another I’m going to guess that argument won’t get you very far in court.

Especially with that suuuuper compelling Hill article which describes the cause of the search as “unclear” and then talks about the Cuccinelli campaign and similar scandals for four paragraphs.

Not to be a buzzkill but the early reports seem to indicate that’s related to a completely different financial fraud investigation.

This also happened to me.

I went and looked these up on the steam reviews page and both seem to be complaining that, now that they’ve achieved a borderline neurotic level of game mastery, they find it too easy and pretty repetitive.

Gotcha! That’s absolutely one of those things that lingers in the back of the mind for a looooong time. I think I misunderstood your emphasis and I totally get your point now
