Genuinely, what scares you about a high magnetic field? I used to work in a university NMR lab with people who had been doing the work for decades and there was no talk of health risk, no one had any inexplicable health problems, etc.

I think they’re saying it was c(a+b)+d, in the correct expression. The combination was found by doing a + b x c + d simply moving left to right through the operators.

I’m really glad chiropractic treatment has helped manage your pain. At its best chiropractors are essentially highly trained massage therapists and there are just buckets of evidence that massage can be a huge help in chronic skeletal/muscular cases.

I think the truly remarkable thing is that it NEVER WORKED for them and it immediately worked for the democrats, who frankly didn’t even have to threaten it terribly hard or terribly explicitly.

Why would the military need specific authorization to use a MOAB? It’s still a conventional munition, if they know the general thrust of current military policy is “bigger and louder” I don’t totally get why they WOULD need authorization from the secretary of defense or the joint chiefs.

I can sort of understand that. Seoul has lived with the threat of annihilation by conventional artillery for decades, the people who let this sort of thing get to them are probably long gone.

They don’t even need a nuke. The North Koreans have an absolutely ludicrous conventional artillery force parked in range of Seoul with the express purpose of guaranteeing a non-nuclear mutually assured destruction.
