No, they had renewed it months before covid hit just like GLOW and were set to start filming their second season soon when showtime decided to rescind the show’s renewal. The show had also been up for several awards including emmys for Kirsten. 

Except that show was fantastic and showtime should be ashamed for canceling it

I’m confused about two aspects of this show...how old are these women supposed to be and are they New York natives or not? Because all but one  sound like they are from the west coast (honestly most of their vocal fry is over exaggerated to the point it gave me a headache).
