The acting is better, the dialogue is better, but the ambition and sheer scope of the story are tragically small in comparison and neither film in the new trilogy has managed to pace the movie appropriately for the story it is trying to tell in the time that it has; the prequels still…

Actually the last Jedi is the worst reviewed star wars movie so far. It’s even lower than any of the prequals and for good reason.

Honestly? Not really. The prequels, while still bad, had at least one or two scenes that I really enjoyed in each film.t

You know, some people also didn’t like The Last Jedi because it’s a structurally questionable movie with some bad writing and underdeveloped (or underused) characters.

Except an Ep-3 couldn’t out maneuver any jet even if it wanted to. It is a large heavy propeller driven aircraft who mission is reconnaissance not banking at the speeds a fighter jet American or Russian are able to achieve.
