I almost read all coments and is weird for me to see that nobody have mentioned the way that Kim said "Saul Goodman hmmm". For me it could be that she will be the master mind that bring Saul to law (maybe not the one that makes him a criminal lawer…. But still will have some credit)

Basically he is the "mike" of HHM (I didn't see Mike as likeable at the first time in Breaking Bad). To me Howard did all the "bad guy stopping Jimmy" because he actually liked him, I'm very sure he admired that he(Jimmy) could get a lawyer license as he was working at the copyroom of HHM.
