I'm assuming we only have to wait about a week before we hear that this will be the start of a Marvel-style connected universe of Stephen King based films. How about remaking IT and Dreamcatcher and having the different residents of Derry show up in each others' films in cameo roles? McConaughey appearing in The

I'll grant that the art was subpar (so glad Studio Mir was back for these last two seasons), and that they did cram a bit too much story in there, but I think the story and character stuff makes up for that and then some.

I really liked Mako's flashbacks with Wu's commentary, though Varrick and Bolin's was the best. I really liked the episode as a whole. I don't even think it's the weakest of the season, and I'll certainly include it on rewatches.

I thought Rise of the Planet of the Apes was a decent movie, and Dawn of the Planet of the Apes is one of my favorite movies of the year so far, but I can't really see Caeser's story going on more than one more film. But maybe Serkis just means that it would be five movies before a remake of Planet of the Apes, not

Wouldn't surprise me at all.

It seemed a lot like the short lived Comedy Central sitcom Big Lake, only less interesting and with a less game cast.

So, I feel like I have to ask, but do teddy bears made in Poland have genitalia?

Nothing to really say other than that this is a very well written article and I agree with pretty much everything it has to say.

I'm wondering if they're playing some sort of long set-up game with Ray Palmer for a potential Atom spin-off. After being so successful with two DC Comics (how ridiculous is it that the company is called "Detective Comics Comics) adaptations, maybe they're going for a third?

I was thinking that Wells was going to turn out to be Professor Zoom, but after the stinger tonight it seems too obvious.

That'd be entertaining, at least for an episode.

Clara's one of my favorite companions of the new series, but I think she should probably leave after Christmas, too, just because this past season did such great things with her character and gave her arc a pretty solid ending. A Christmas epilogue to tie up the loose ends, and then maybe one more appearance in

Seems like it's year to year. I think that's how pretty much all BBC shows work, with the possible exception of soaps like EastEnders.

From the reports I read it seemed like Matt Smith was originally going to stick around for Season 8 but wound up deciding to leave earlier relatively late in the game. It probably won't all be clear for many years (we're still learning new things about the classic series' production), I've seen things that suggest he

The syrupy sentimentality criticism is totally legit, but it's also one of my favorite things about Nu Who. I kind of get disappointed at the episodes that don't end with corny speeches and realizations that friendship is important and that humankind's capacity for love and kindness is the most important thing there

Pretty sure Santa wouldn't want to make sure the Doctor and Missy's relationship ended well as his Christmas present to the Doctor.

I'd be surprised if she didn't appear in the Christmas episode, and I'd be very surprised if she appeared at all in Season 9. I think we'll probably see her once more after Christmas 2014, in Capaldi's regeneration episode.

I just discovered the show yesterday and in the space of about 24 hours watched both seasons. It is one of the funniest shows I've ever seen. Almost every episode of it has made me legitimately cry with laughter.

Toph is gonna be pissed!
