They already figured out who was responsible for the tar. Tri-State Trucking Company reports that rain leaked into the tanker and went unnoticed as tar spewed out and the company has already promised to take care of all damages and cleanup both to the highway and to people’s cars.
I mean, I’m from Upstate NY and I’ve noticed myself AND my fellow drivers seem to be driving a lot more appropriately this winter season than ever before. Traffic has gone slower and more safely when a few inches have been thrown down by our bitchy Mother-in-law Nature.
