Scrolled down to see this. Was not disappointed. I still have mine, though I gave it a paint job after I chipped up the original paint.

Thanks for taking (another) one for the team and buying a car that most can't/won't/shouldn't buy. We owe you a beer. Or 2. Or a keg.
Well played Doug <insert clapping meme here>
The Stampede is awesome...and luckily a lot of parts for it (hopefully they fit your chassis!). My favorite chassis for all-around fun.
Sweeeeet...I had put a 3S lipo in it and it was able to do double flips in the air...love the Slash! I put on the STRC LCG chassis and the handling difference in night and day. Definitely a worthwhile upgrade.
Hmm..let's see what happens with this PT..
You can get them in 1/10th scale! https://traxxas.com/
Love my Traxxas trucks (Slash 2WD, 4WD, Stampede)...crazy fast and super tough. Can't wait for this never-ending winter to leave! I've been pondering getting a 1/24 Losi SCT for indoor/winter fun...
I love how Tamiya is re-leasing some of the old chassis again...tugging on the nostalgia and profiting on old plastic molds. :)
I love my Slash 2WD, 4WD, and Stapede 4WD brushless...they take a heck of a beating. Throw in a 3s LiPo and you can do some great flips mid-air...though things start to break/wear a lot faster once you throw in the 3s. Traxxas makes some tough products that's for sure. They're fast as heck, too...60mph and beyond. For…
Great tips, and sweet car! Here's my AE86...and my friend's FD. Pics taken by a friend of mine.
Awesome choice Doug! Can't wait for 2nd reveal. I'll bring my 85 Corolla GTS hatch and we can do a downhill race, Initial D style. :)
For the rest of us, $160 can get you a 1:27 scale McLaren 12C GT3 that you can race (and modify) in your living room. And if you get tired of the McLaren, there are plenty of other bodies you can get. http://www.kyoshoamerica.com/MINI-Z-MR-03S-…
