Yup. And then the Senate held confirmation hearings for Gorsuch. Filibustering a nomination after hearings have been held in an attempt to shoot down a nominee and force Trump to put forward a different nominee, or even voting against Gorsuch when it comes time to vote =/= refusal to hold a hearing for Merrick Garland.
Isn’t the difference that Garland was never even allowed to come to a vote, and that extreme measures are pretty well justified now because this is a Supreme Court seat that was stolen from Obama?
