Literally, they ARE reclining into my knees.

And they should stop deciding that people who don’t give up what’s theirs are rude. They’re not.

At 6'4" with bad knees, I will consider myself part of that 5%, but I try really hard not to call anyone nasty names just because they recline into my knees.

It’s the inch and half that turns a two hour flight into two hours of agony. Then again, I am 6'4" and I have bad knees.

While I was working at Dell, there was one way around this, and that was for someone at a company to get training from Dell, and become certified by Dell to work on Dell…

This isn’t uncommon. It’s not easy coming forward and for some the trauma of the event combined with the stress of going to trial is too much.
