OMG, this gives me so many ideas.

I want to do this sort of thing, but with a Ford Transit. I am 6'4" and the Promaster/Ducato/Boxer/(several more brands) is only 6'3" inside, and that is before you start adding a floor and a roof (the Transit is 6'8" naked).

Though, I still have questions.  Is the Peugeot Boxer available in 4 wheel drive, or was this added afterward?  If it was added, then I would like more specifics about the 4 wheel drive system, like who built it, etc.
