Weird, Game Informer was actually the only thing of value coming out of these stores. Paper magazines belong to another era that’s for sure, but GI was a surprisingly well produced magazine. I have fond memories of it.

Yup same here. I have no problem giving my credit card number to, say, Amazon, Google, Apple, etc. But when I deal with a smaller store, I really appreciate the extra indirection that Paypal provides. I don’t want these online “amateur” stores to hold on my credit card, thank you very much.
