What if one of the players in that gene pool is a slut that lets anyone muck around?

I actually have been known to bite mine off. Probably not the best option in every scenario, but I'm never without a solution.

For selling games, if you don't mind waiting, Glyde is the way to go. Same thing for buying used games. Think of it as an ebay-esque middle man but they take care of all of the pricing and marketing. I've bought several games from there already. It almost always beats any brick and mortar shop.

I doubt that it actually is though. I'm sure the cut that the label is taking off the top is going to the label directly. The part that goes to the artist is going to be treated like any other album sales with the labels taking another cut from that. The actual artists actually get a pretty small percentage of actual

Your first point is about the SyndEx being modified in '89. I don't entirely agree with it, but aside from the local news you're missing out what are you really missing?

Am I the only one that thinks of philotes when I read articles about quantum entaglement?

You're assuming of course that Amazon and Google didn't make as similar offers to Apple's to the record lables. If they did, which is likely, it's the fault of the record labels for degrading the offerings of Google and Amazon. In the end the music industry wants a completely closed ecosystem and Apple is the king of

Personally I read that as "we were a major player and thought we could dictate the products customers wanted and ignored the ones that didn't play our way". Sound like any other company you know?

So basically the gist of this is that Apple's service is the only one that matters because they're the only one with the record labels on their side. Essentially the record labels have chose our service for us, again making us conform to them instead of them conforming to their customer base. FUCK YOU RIAA!

I believe that he was refering to a public or commercial facial recognition database not one for personal use. At this same conference he also stated that Google would not abide by legnislation proposed by the MPAA/RIAA owned congressment that would allow for deep packet inspection and warrantless IP blocking. So yeah

Do you people not talk to each other? Isn't this the same site that said "if you're not on facebook it's time to get over yourself"?

So what about the whole thing about Apple blocking iOS apps that duplicate the built in functionality. Do they still do that? If so could/would they pull an application that duplicates this new built in function that they copied even if it didn't exist when the application was originally published? I honestly wouldn't

"After you buy a product, no one has any incentive to update their software or make more content for it."

The point is that the iPad2 isn't "magical" or whatever other superlative puffery Apple likes to describe their products with. If Google went around throwing money at developers like a porn star giving a facial like Apple does then there probably would be more honeycomb apps available. It's mostly the attitude of

Don't worry, they'll be taken care of, Old Country Buffet will be introducing their online email service later this year.

So to summarize:

While all of you are distracted by the "suicidal" aspects of this clip, I'm busy calling my stock broker. Ok, nobody actually has a broker anymore, the "full service" broker is all but dead and don't let the Schwab ads fool you. If this company was actually public they have a goldmine worth investing in. Lets call it

@Kevin Huff: They're not being clear, it's not all apps just market root apps. The applications on the market that require root need it via the handset itself. This method only provides root via ADB. It's still a great start though

@Crashproof: You're probably missing the USB drivers a google search should find them for you.
