I am NOT a fan of the totally bloated and outrageously abused US civil legal system, specially in regards to people suing for damages and punitive non sense.. however in this case I think the claim is totally reasonable.

In itself relatively large panel gaps aren’t a big deal.  The main problem I see here is that they are not uniform.

I like big trucks, I like diesel, I don’t particularly like Tesla... but this is ridiculous, just like rolling coal.
