When I started watching Discovery I was a bit weary, after reading the negative reviews. I did like the show from the start in many ways, despite the extremely odd looking ship, but I kept noticing odd things. Decisions and plot-lines that made little sense, seemed unnatural.
While I have no wish to defend Iran nor any warm feelings towards the Ayatollahs, I do prefer realism and the reality is that it has relatively recently been proven that we can/could negotiate successfully with Iran.
