After cars with eyelashes, we now get cars with mustaches! What a world!

I listen to NPR over the air pretty much all the time. So I guess I am no one.

My folks have a Garmin I think? They don’t own smartphones and I believe their GPS may update regularly, it somehow gets traffic updates too.

I think R8s from those years are aging better than any other supercar of the era. Matt Farah actually tweeted about this exact thing today. The R8 is timeless.

The general response to this is that you would only have that spanking brand new, max capacity battery if you paid extra for it. The car itself would not come with a battery and the price would reflect that, and they would just throw a used one in. If you had your own dedicated charging infrastructure and didn’t plan

My confidence in bold claims is inversely proportional to the number of typos in the presentation.

GM’s OnStar offers this ‘feature’ already.  It’s opt-in... for now... but I don’t like where it’s headed.

I think it’s a failure of our society that those who can so aptly discern, appreciate, and distill the essence of a car (especially a super or hyper-prefixed one,) into prose are generally unlikely to own one (at least until fancy Kristen gets the bulk of her trust fund, anyway.)

I’m not worried about the car getting hacked. I’m worried where MY data goes.

Income inequality has drastically widened over time, and real wages have been stagnant since the 1970s – while a variety of other costs have skyrocketed. These obviously aren’t things created by the Trump administration, but their actions aren’t helping. The tax cuts overwhelmingly benefited the rich and corporations,

Hell no, this is absolutely a downgrade vs the outgoing car. I doubt many will care, but the C5 and C6 had enough space that if you’re not trying to do several things at once (like going grocery shopping while you still have the bags from your two person weekend trip) and you aren’t the type of person to carry a bunch

What? Every BMW model serves a niche purpose! You’ve got the small coupe, the SUV version of small coupe, the “small” sedan, the coupe version of that small sedan (bigger than the small coupe), the convertible version of that coupe version of the small sedan, the four door version of the coupe version of the small

I had every advantage given to me and don’t know the meaning of the word struggle, but still can empathize with the thousands of other people who couldn’t just “get a job” and make an easy living. No one who actually worked hard or struggled to get to where they are comes out of that experience believing that everyone

Little known fact, half the lithium that Tesla uses is actually for Musk’s prescription.

Is this all just a new season of The Increasingly Poor Decisions Of Todd Margret?

I still think the electric work truck and work van segment is where we need to exist. Many of my clients are home services contractors (plumbers, roofers, electricians, garage door installers, etc), and for the most part, they’re all doing 2-3 jobs per day, and their tools are all electric.

Sorry that conservative media has led you off into la la land:

NP. Quick check online reveals two surprises: there are a lot of these for sale out there and this one would be among the lowest priced and lowest mileage examples. The real surprise? That so many commenters don’t realize Ferraris are expensive mistresses. Just because you can’t afford it doesn’t mean it’s crack pipe.

Because they know one of them will break the agreement to cheat the other manufacturers
