Long time reader, 1st time writer. I run a Nissan dealership in Alberta, Canada and I always enjoy your car buying articles. You are 100% correct on this. When I price a used vehicle, I am competing with dealers from all across the country. Customers are smart, they do their research and if I am over priced on a unit,

Appriased/Priced cars at a various dealerships over the years.

NO COLLUSION, FAKE NEWS!

LULZ. Even has the correct incorrect pattern!

A V6 just doesn’t seem like enough for a supercar.

Everyone knew this would happen, someday. The problem is all in perception. Because of human pride (or ignorance), we all believe we would do better in a particular emergency than a machine would. We are the superior species on the planet, not lidar-covered robo-cars.

I think autonomous vehicles will weather this one pretty much okay, mainly because the industry got lucky and it was Uber who killed the pedestrian. It is a company with a reputation for being shitty and cutting corners, so it won’t have the same shock value in the minds of the average American if Tesla, Google, or

Right? A trifecta already...

License plate photo + call 911. Then sit back and watch the fun.

Of course some John-Wayne wannabe asshole decides he needs to bring a gun into the situation. Thank god he didn’t start shooting.

For Volkswagen to move forward in the United States, they first need to recognize a number of truths which have always been difficult for them. Like personal therapy, there can’t be any real progress until they understand what they are and how they got here.

As a Frenchman, your comment blew my mind. +1 million

Two things:

911. Always wanted one, swore it was going to be next car now that I can afford a decent used one. But man, what if the fricken motor grenades and a new one costs 17 grand and no one around here knows how to put it in? So I did the responsible thing and bought a brand new FIATA with full factory warranty for the same
