I was once suspended from a white family run business. My position was office admin but I had warehouse experience so when they wanted to open a new warehouse I offered my assistance from every aspect. I cleaned, opened early to let contractors in, and even designed the layout while driving the forklift to fill the

That’s only true for thermobaric weapons, like fuel-air bombs and I think the Daisy-Cutter that preceded the MOAB. The MOAB is, despite some confusion about its name (airblast in this case just means it explodes while still airborn as opposed to on impact or penetration), a big ol’ conventional bomb. just a shitload

Exactly! When I need to transport something big/heavy/dirty I head on down to U-Haul.

California has the sixth largest economy in the world.

When I hear “mobility company” I think of a company that makes equipment to help elder and handicapped people get around. Are we sure Peugeot-Citroën isn’t going to get into the wheelchair business?

Compared to what the Stanley Cup has gone through, that’s nuthin

But there some companies that specifically do most of their work to inflate a share price. The “company” also wants that share price inflated because the largest individual holders of company stock are the C-suites making decisions for the benefit of the “shareholders”

In some, you may only need one...

Tires are too expensive.

I think there are some positive things to be gained from streamlining certain things about our government, though obviously checks and balances will never (or should never) allow for full streamlining.

This is code.

People don’t realize that this is the opposite of how a gov’t is supposed to run. I don’t mean that it shouldn’t be responsible about spending, but it also has to be a lot of things to a lot of people.

An anecdote of why you can’t run government like a business. As told by Jamie Vollmer:

And remind me why the CFPB is being attacked by an entire political party?

Excellent tip....I wonder why the gov’t hasn’t forced the bureaus to give you a one time score for free when they run your report. It’s really crazy that your financial status is in the hands of three privately independent entities with no real oversight.

Dont forget to use annualcreditreport.com for a free credit report from all three bureaus. Its the officialone the government forced the bureaus to provide starting several years ago. Although it wont give you a score, it will show you everything a lender will see. If you can get that cleaned up, it will improve

I’m fine with the term crossover, but SUVs encompass vehicles like Tahoe’s and Ford excursion. I would’t put a Honda HR-V in the same category.

Typically the big one is the excessive steering angle. The back tires are basically trying to stop the vehicle because of their angle, which means the car wants to heavily lean in that direction, but because the fronts are still pointed forward, the car picks up the inside tire.
