Taking up two spaces in a lot is kind of trolling. Parking REALLY close to that person, is trolling back. I think it’s a fair play. You run that risk.

Actually, I think this is a case of too little government, rather than too much government. More funding, coupled with more transparency and a greater sense of independence without fear of congressional meddling, seems like it would go a long way.

Exactly. My hypothesis is that Americans are unwilling to accept responsibility for their own actions. Ascari Circuit. Well-funded, modern, fantastic facilities, a history of being friendly to manufacturers, and a good technical layout with a variety of corner types borrowed from other circuits.
