Just like cell phones killed the stranded in the middle of nowhere plot?
Thank you for the correction.
Calling something entry level when you have never done it and do not know what it fully entails.
Ferdinand Piech, supposedly all-powerful scion of the Porsche-Volkswagen extended family and Volkswagen board…
I don’t think it’s Friday sarcasm, unfortunately. (The construction and expansion of engine and transmission plants by Ford in Mexico has a more complicated purpose than simply avoiding US labor costs, though. The products built there will be exported all over the world for assembly closer to the point of sale) Many…
It is painful to see someone try so hard to be Justin Bieber. Lewis, stop. Just stop.
just because stuff is “legal” doesn’t make it “moral “. In old england they could enact a law that said all the poor people had to wear bags on their heads for 3 hours a day. would you be ok with that just because its legal?
I don’t think Warren Buffet was shocked so much as he didn’t think it was right.
so when he cashes those stock options he’ll only be paying 10% taxes, oh thank you great generous leaders of government and industry for contributing so much to the country!
It’s a per-unit cost issue. Offering a Golf R 2-door, with cloth interior, LED tail lights and a sunroof (which is what I want) adds complexity to the ordering process as well as cost ($600+ per unit for those lights alone). Have you been in one of these airports lately? Flying sucks. It really fucking sucks, beginning to end. Execs at airline companies stay up nights thinking of ways to make it suck more. And it’s inefficient, especially on shorter “commuter” routes.
in short, awesome street car, potentially kick ass track monster, and for something that can do both, it can do it and do it well with minimal effort. If you wanna go (club) racing, it could be a pretty decent ride, but in terms of competitiveness, no one’s racing them. BUT... my desire to have a TTRS rally car is…
That level of student debt for graduating students hasn’t changed. Inflation has changed. Most of my friends graduated with $100k in debt as well, and continue to pay it off 20 years later. The information regarding the potential debt has been known, the fact that you thought you’d get out and be able to pay it off…
I don’t disagree with you, however I think that the REASON behind my generation waiting to buy a car, buy a house, etc is two-fold:
