You could say the same for cars purchased 50 years ago vs the model t but that relative cost did not increase because wages increased with productivity.

This is a known issue that economists like Robert Reich have been yelling about since the 90's. Around the mid 70's productivity gains and wages became decoupled for the first time in American history. Wage stagnation is very real and it’s the driver of the income inequality the millennials we’re bitching about in…
Dont forget higher healthcare costs as well as the other externalities no one thinks about (lost productivity in the economy from training new workers, people attending funerals, out on disasability, etc...)
To make that argument it has to be a 2 seater maximum.
While I think American workers should stop telling each other they make “too much” and start telling employers we all make too little. This suburban Boomer judgemental bullshit has been helping to drive the class wedges deeper for decades.
No we’re not and no it didn’t. I can’t believe this myth is still prevalent. Just because it feels true does not make it real.
Who are these “investors” and “funding” you speak of? Ford and GM are not startups running on venture capital. They fund themselves.
given that they did it twice... maybe something screwed up in one of the guns cranking the nuts on wrong.
could they just release the streaming service already?
They do when they’re crossing the line in-front of it at a track.
Problem is the v8 isn’t faster than an RS3 or TT-RS.
M.O.V.E.
Crazy thing is that a new RS3 is faster than the OG v8 car.
Only for an auto v8.
😢
Is the M8 GTE there? Very handsome racecar I hope to get a good look at when IMSA gets to the Glen later in the year. Or were they only running that at Daytona?
Because she’s not alive to defend herself no one should?
I would agree that most people have no business driving a car. Our poor driver training is what drives accident rates. We could cut fatalities heavily if “normal” drivers gave a shit.
Double a Miata. (I checked in 2011)
