So why not use something free like Google Hangouts? That also allows you to easily switch from your phone to tablet to your computer.

Well my rankings would go 4,5,7,6,3,2,1 I think 4 over 5 simply for the setup and darkness coming in 5. However to watch them I think the best order is 4,5,2,3,6,7 and forget 1.

Blogs and Youtube are great for helping get started on something that you might have previously avoided.
