Yeah, white people are mad. It’s pretty scary when power you didn’t earn is threatened. How did you get it? You don’t know! You just woke up this way!

This comment is going to be full of spoilers, and it’s going to be my thoughts and what I thought it did well/why I thought it was done well. According to the internet, I’m in the minority of thinking it’s a masterpiece, so let me just say upfront I would be content being the only person in the world who loves it and…
I do want to add. The GAME itself is great. Like its gorgeous, gameplay is wonderful (and I didn’t like the first one as much as Uncharted), the technical aspects is peak “AAA”, its just the story though. Its so transparent in what its trying to do to your emotions it annoyed me.
I think the decedents saying they want it removed helps cut the legs out from under the “it’s our heritage” argument. After all, it really is their heritage, and they want no part of it.
Damn, if only my shitty confederate ancestors were prominent enough to have statues of them.
The Last Jedi is a good movie, and a few minor edits away from being the best Star Wars movie overall. It contained more interesting ideas than Episodes 1-3, 7 and 9 combined.
Any cop that’s protesting this needs to not be a cop, plain and simple. The police absolutely need to be subject to civil oversight and held accountable. That is exactly what this is about. It’s not even a protest over a verdict, it is a protest over the simple fact that he’s being charged at all. As someone who…
Also old is people being ok with corporations dictating everything employees do say and or think.
He was drunk. He scuffles and ran away. Those are not deserving of summary execution.
Why is this being made a thing?
I know right... *rubbing my temples*
Or to put it more sarcastically, here we see the exact moment when a “good, orderly member” of society becomes a bad apple who is completely unreflective of the larger institution which he represents, and to which other “good, orderly members” of society need never answer themselves for. For some reason, this is…
“Turns out that Trump’s niece, Mary Trump, is part of the resistance, or she just happens to hate her uncle just as much as the rest of America, but either way she’s set to release a tell-all book that is expected to blow the barn doors off the White (Supremacy) House.”
CNN reports the man in the video was identified as Michael Henkel, a supervisor writ server for Philadelphia Family Court. Court spokesperson Martin O’Rourke
That’s clearly a troll. Don’t bring them out of the greys; don’t bother with them.
I have always found the near unanimous love for the first one kind of...baffling?
It sounds like the video game equivalent of Oscar-bait, through and through.
One of the 100 scores on meta literally reads “Considering it’s one of the most anticipated games of 2020, I knew the game would be great before I actually started”. It’s a ND game, like a Zelda game it’s basically impossible to get bad review scores (because review scores are a crap metric open to serious manipulation…
Honestly TLoU’s story ended so perfectly bittersweet that I feel like any sort of continuation wouldn’t do it justice. The only thing I could think of would be an entirely new set of characters unconnected to anyone from the first game. It’s just not the kind of story that was begging for a sequel.
Your comments are like rice cakes. After I partake, I know I did, but there was so little substance I can’t remember what it was like or why I did it. But I leave disappointed regardless.
