Spotify, rhapsody, pandora: all these services are inexistent in South America. They don't even appear on the app store if you live here. Therefore it's easier for me to snag a torrent with mp3 instead of buying music from an approved music store.

This is good. I have some apps that i'd like to develop but it means learning too much stuff and i don't have the time for it.

@grok666: Ahem, i have both devices. I find myself using the iPad a lot more, but for some specific tasks i still use the HP. That's why i haven't sold it. They are pretty cheap in ebay...

I'm currently reading 5 books on my iPad. I had to stop buying because i had not enough time to keep at them! There is also the PDF route for those rare books, out of print or that hadn't made the transition to electronic format.

@shaunmcilroy: In the extra DVD about how they made the first Transformers film they show how a car is catapulted and ends lodged on the fourth floor of a building. That wasn't planned. It was supposed to be catapulted, but not to end there.
