circumstantial at best, but after the flag was thrown the camera caught arians saying something to the effect of, “that stupid motherfucker has been doing that all game.”

i get how the CBA works. i don’t agree with the nfl stepping this far into these guys’ lives. the nflpa is just as culpable for allowing this nonsense to continue by way of the current CBA.
the fact they are both potentially life-threatening does not make them analogous.
my issue is with the nfl punishing him under the substance abuse policy without conclusive evidence he violated the policy. there have been no substantive hearings in smith’s case, and based on what i’ve gathered he has an pretty good defense that he wasn’t driving while intoxicated, as he was in his condo for awhile…
did you reply to the wrong post? he hasn’t been convicted or even held to answer for the incident he is being punished for.
touche.
because a DUI and beating up your girlfriend are analogous.
i got it. maybe you could use some edification about this sarcasm that you speak of.
hardy sat out a year with pay. not exactly taking away his livelihood.
based on your reply, including your reply, i don’t.
what does a tiny guitar have to do with the nfl’s discipline system.
an entire fucking year? ridiculous. the guy hasn’t been convicted of this crime, and judging from what i’ve gathered (that he was in his condo for an hour before getting breathalyzed and then arrested) he has a triable case. taking away his livelihood for a year, without a conviction, blows my fucking mind. meanwhile,…
hey, whatever helps you deal with your reality, go for it. curious though, as to why you give a shit (as evidenced by your defensiveness) about opinions that people like me hold about your feeling like you’re a part of a team.
sounds like “we” struck a nerve.
What company employees you? The Poor English Company?
but you’re not a part of anything. with or without your emotional and financial dedication that team is moving forward.
The company I work for
you forgot to ask if i’d want to know more about people who refer to organizations that they’ve never been a part of as “we.”
