serious question(s): how can you think it’s a great write up without seeing the movie? what if this write up is a terrible synopsis of the movie?

i agree, this is harmless. i don’t see that petrino did anything wrong. especially considering the store manager basically tells the cops, “it’s cool, we’re good,” then what is the issue. would we have been pissed at jimbo if he had jameis immediately return the crab legs?

eh, an indictment is only a fancy word for a formal charge, a one-sided presentation made in anonymity, with no evidentiary rules to govern what the grand jury can see. hardly a finding of fact.

i understand that. you asked how he was still allowed on campus. i answered that question. private institutions can decide that a young person’s continued enrollment in their institution should not be compromised without some sort of finding of fact, or even a conviction.
