The age of the missile components is the issue. Russia is modernizing theirs after they walked away from treaties. More worryingly, they are developing tactical nukes to use on battlefields. Smaller yield weapons that could decimate entire divisions. Something the world used to agree was a massively bad idea.

I’m with this. Russia has been expanding its Nuclear Weapons behind our backs for years and our’s are outdated. Bring it on baby!

You sir, are absolutely correct. Peace thorough strength...it worked and it will work. But you can’t tell these brainiac pajama boys that think they’re smarter than a billionaire two times over that continues to prove the world wrong again and again.

I do not consider Trump unpredictable madman.

In Kremlin, Moscow:

They invaded Crimea because they knew that all US would do is send sharply penned letter from John Kerry. And Putin is not scared of that.

Of course he is right. Russians expands their nuclear arsenal as hard as they can. What else could/should/must US do? Talk about dissmantling their nuclear weapons like Obama did?

Modernizing is much needed. This is definitely not a radical idea. It also points out a unique catch-22. Even Trump is invoking the image of a post nuclear weapon future, but no nuclear power wants to be the first one to let their guard down... Perhaps guaranteed mutual destruction will be an indefinite stalemate....

um, india, pakistan, brazil and iran?
