1) Any old weapons can be reforged at the Gunsmith, or just House of Wolves weapons? I interpreted for some reason that only the HoW weapons could be reforged.

Amen. It's far more useful for me, as a gamer, to know how a game looks, feels, and plays after it's done and released rather than hearing about what's going to be in it.

It all depends on how they treat it. There are a ton of possibilities, some of which I would consider more acceptable and enjoyable to watch unfold than others.
