If we get to that level there need to be multiple reduncancies. It won’t matter if you have a license, if the car has driven you for say several years and all of a sudden you’re thrown into manual driving, it won’t end well for most.

My uncle lived in DC and didn’t have a valid license for years, still drove. Hilarious thing is that he never had his privileges revoked, he just never bothered renewing it. For I know he still doesn’t have a valid license, since the 80s.
