Process Explorer is a killer app, if you know how to use it. Fortunately the SysInternals tools are one thing Microsoft has managed to not screw up.

Yeah, I noticed that too. And those are off by default. Even if the clients are enabled, it really means nothing. It doesn't take resources or hard drive space. Sure, most don't need it, but I was glad to have TFTP when I soft bricked my router when I did a restore defaults with a DD-WRT upgrade.

But you have to be careful with the answers you get from sites with a Google search. I've seen too many that say "that sounds like malware" when it's not. Of course malware can be similarly named, like scvhost.exe instead of svchost as a running process.

I don't mind when there is a major risk of tornado etc but it does annoy me some when they keep repeating the same information for half an hour, and nothing's new except the rain has moved east.

I'm holding out for the mega version when all three Hobbit extended versions are out, then follow that with Lord of the Rings extended.

Don't know when it happened, but there are two $10k backers.

I have serious doubts about the Chrome extension...

I know Barclay, a credit card company, was affected and has fixed it on their end.

I had one user play along with them for a bit, fortunately he knew not to let them do anything. But they had him run the assoc command to "verify his serial number". Shockingly, they were able to read it off! Of course it isn't a Windows serial number, but the CLSID for sendtotarget, but I can see how it would

I have to wonder though, what the real world scenario here is. Many gay people, you can't tell by looking at them, unless they are like Rayon in Dallas Buyers Club. So how realistically would a bookstore, coffee shop etc refuse service? They'd be refusing service to some, but not all.

Unfortunately, I don't think so. It's not a protected status like race.

He was born in California, as was his mother. His father was from Japan. So he would qualify.

The skis in the tile is a nice touch.
