what do you think about getting rid of military courts and commissions and letting these cases go through the US justice system? i’ve thought about this a lot, and with the “honor code” within the military comes a kind of expected outcome that might not happen in a civil or criminal court with a jury of their own…

the only vilifying of BLM that i’ve seen on gawker media is hamilton nolan’s ridiculous piece about when they interrupted bernie sanders. i’m a hillary supporter AND have participated in BLM (though i’m not black or white).
