I actually saw this very car driving through Seattle one day. I nearly crashed trying to comprehend what was going on.

I completely agree.
Fair enough, I hear your same assessment spoken around here regarding people who drive SUVs but arguing on the internet gets us nowhere.
Every reviewer and owner I've heard from reports better handling than comparably priced cars, it's not fair to compare it to the sporty or expensive cars you've mentioned. This is a "minivan" only technically.
Don't ignore the good handling claim! Seriously, every test I've ever read on these things absolutely raves about how much fun it is.
I'm glad to hear you love it. I have little need for a minivan and I still want one. I'm a huge Mazda fan and love that they made driving dynamics such a high priority on a useful vehicle. May it continue to serve you well.
I'm afraid they'll go through a resurgence in popularity and I'll never find that dirt cheap Craigslist example anymore.
The Mazda5 is technically a minivan. Available with a manual gearbox and fantastic handling.
GM choose not to because rebadging a cheaply made Korean car and selling it to people who don't know any better is quite the moneymaker.
Agreed, and now I occasionally find myself wanting one.
Yeah, this is beyond a prank. That likely did quite a bit in paint damage and dents. I'm surprised the police didn't take it more seriously considering the property damage but I guess they just operate differently there.
From what I understand, the off-road community likes body on frame trucks because you get some flex in the frame. A unibody would absorb that twisting force all through itself resulting in doors that won't close properly and panels that don't line up anymore.
240Z! A fine choice you made there.
Regarding the Scion IQ, It's a misconception that adding seats automatically reduces insurance rates. Seats were added to the back simply to make it more useful than the competition, namely the Smart. I've heard this myth repeated a lot around here as to why they added back seats to the Toyobaru twins. It was purely…
Yeah, but they just re-cut their old ad for the electric version. Did you notice they edited out where the Smart car pulls into the spot and clearly hits the black Mercedes? The old one was quite obvious.
No kidding, he always had the best delivery even on a bad joke.
Because they don't have enough money for a complete one.
So they removed two doors to make the 3 series a 4 and then added doors to make it back into a 3? That reminds me of a Mitch Hedberg joke.
I believe it is the double colored stripes they'd put on race cars for easy identification when running multiple cars on a team. You'll still see people put these on modern muscle cars.
