That would be a Corvette, I'm guessing the image is flipped?

Not every escort so freely advertises their policies like this, some just charge more for the privilege.

I remember when I was young my dad had an early '80s Chevy Cavalier (not pictured, purely for reference). He was part of a motorcycle club that ran backwoods races. This meant setting up checkpoints along the trails which were quite technical.

Absolutely beautiful! I'd be proud to have one although I really wish it were just a regular DeLorean.

The interior is pretty bad when you look back on it, but at the time GM interiors were horrible hard plastic with ugly mold separation lines. The Corvette was the best of this generation, if that means anything.

I would love to hear what they say as well. Perhaps we can cover this again in the comments in the next article about a Chrysler product immolating itself.

I kind of like it. It looks like something Korean mafia types would drive, if that is even a thing.

Understandable, and may all your future vehicles be free of fire. Unless it's sweet flames out the exhaust, of course.

Plus he was getting paid by Omega to wear that giant Aqua Terra Chronograph.

Well done, this kind of reporting is what makes Jalopnik a unique and wonderful place. The weirdness truly runs deep with this one and I still feel there is so much to be answered. There are still more people involved and stories to be told of people who have been scammed in the past.

Just watched the videos, that must have been heartbreaking and even worse when the company won't stand behind it. Are you turned off to the company after that?

If I may ask, how did your situation turn out as far as insurance or manufacturer liability?

If they make a hotter BRZ, I think I'll stop caring about the WRX.

How is the DeLorean difficult to park because of the gullwing doors? I have one and it is easier than regular doors. They are hinged at the top and only stick out less than a foot during opening. I used to park it almost up against the wall at work years ago.

This definitely requires viewing the video, the incredible slide is lost in the GIF.

We should all thank you, dear girl. We appreciate the entertainment. Plus I like trying to identify an unknown car.

That would be the interior of a Jeep Commander, my friend.

Nice find, thanks! I love the contrast between them showing this as representative of their build process and then seeing their flickr page with a single sad looking guy sanding down a poorly shaped block of paint and body filler.

I cannot argue with that observation.

If you look at their flickr page, I see one of two things going on. These guys actually do own a physical garage where they produce some of the shittiest quality knockoff cars or they paid some poor saps with a shady body shop to put their "Super Replicas" logo up on the walls.
