That would have to be obtained by a valid search warrant and the company notifies the person if they have to turn over the info. Using familial searches is a whole other issue.

That just simply can’t be accurate. There is no way those companies have access to the CODIS database. There are strict guidelines about what can be loaded into it and they have to be related to a criminal act or from those convicted of a crime.
