Even better! This week I saw an episode of the car resque program “Car SOS”, in which they rescued another obscure sprout of the Simca Horizon. It was a rallye edition of the Talbot Sunbeam Lotus, of which only 31 examples were ever made! It does sport the Chrysler emblem on the grill.

Highly illegal where I come from. These are pedestrian and cyclist killers.

Hockenheim was a breeze! I was at a camping five miles from the circuit. There was a bus service from the camp site but we did it different. Preparation is key. Bring your own bicycle. ;) But you are correct. Getting to Zandvoort is a nightmare if you choose to go by car. It is virtually impossible. There are two

The circuit was designed by Hans Hugenhotlz, the same man responsible for Suzuka, the Hockenheim motodrom section and Belgium’s Zolder  circuit.

I’m sooooo going to be there! So proud to see my home GP rise again. I’ve been there a couple of times for some race events. I think you need to lose an arm and a leg to get a spot in the first corner, the Tarzan bocht. A corner that separates the boys from the men. As legendary as Eau Rouge.

La test report: 41 dead. Dreadful.... but kudos to the pilots to get this thing down on the runway.

One disadvantage of the location of the spare is when your bed is loaded with heavy materials and you have a flat, you cannot reach your spare unless you unload everything roadside....

That Pope mobile was indeed based on the SEAT Panda and not the SEAT Marcella. The SEAT Panda was badge-engineered. The name Marbella was given, as well as some style changes, to the car after the break from FIAT in 1983. The Marbella was of course a direct cousin of the Panda.

Seiously? Michael Jack?

I think this could be called Transit Connect pick up. In Europe there is already a Ford driving with the name Courier.

Man... It even survived an attack by space robots!

I don’t know how to comment on this. The most gripping car review I ever read, reduced to a great vehicle to fulfill a mission to remember a lost brother and trace the steps of a family that uprooted and crossed the great pond.

Shouldn’t the name be Hail Mary?

Why is the front bumper out of whack? Looks like it’s drooping.

Do you know when DAB+ will be installed? In a short time span I became a big fan of that crystal clear sound.

Best way to prepare for global warming is....

My 2005 Audi A6. First year of the big grill on the front. Still looks very handsome!
