The Tesla Model S is extremely popular in the Netherlands. This is due to the excellent tax environment over here. In the second half of 2013 almost 1200 Model S Teslas were registered. In fact, the European assembly line is based in the southern city of Tilburg. And they are doubling capacity as we speak.
