It is a nice area, and people have been chucking their crap off the pass since the miners used it. Right where they are used to house a Suburban (maybe K5, I forget), and a couple years ago someone decided to put their Defender in that section of river.
It looks like they were on Schofield Pass near the punchbowls. It’s tough to get vehicles out of that zone. There was a K5 or older Suburban (I forget) down in that river for years. Closer to the Crystal mill there’s an old Ford truck (70's) that looks like it’s been there since it was new.
How the hell is this at > 92% NP?!! I would buy that for $42.50!
Personally, I think that this is rad.
Presumably only driven for one hour because it hasn’t been tuned yet and he doesn’t want to blow up a turbo engine with thousands of $$ poured into the engine. Jetfire is an Olds reference.
People build crazy FWD cars all the time.
Or maybe it hasn’t been run because it it hasn’t been properly tuned yet. Which the ad actually says. I wouldn’t want to pour money into a turbo build and then drive without having the car properly tuned.
On what planet was that ‘vette being driven “to the limits of” its performance?
Someone is way too sensitive. I would hope that a new ‘vette can rev and accelerate quicker than that. Look at the g meter, the highest it reads is during a low speed u turn.
Damn that’s a drool inducing picture. I love those old KC lights. Too bad the foreground doesn't have the smiley face covers like the second truck.
Duh.
Oh yes.
Ha! So much truth and “yes” in one statement.
Um...it looks like that’s the exact situation.
A) Long bed = more room for motorcycles. Two face forward, one backward up against the tailgate. It’s a technique that works best with dirt bikes, but other combinations are possible.
A screamin’ deal you’ve brought us today, senior robber.
Oh the mouse....I remember those fondly. Having to take the ball out to clean any lint off of it when it would start tracking funky...good times.
TL;dr (but I will later, this should be a good read)
