This has been my experience in the UK, too. Very occasionally I’ll see an American truck or maybe a Mustang, but exclusively in the hands of enthusiasts. More common in Poland/Czech Republic, though, especially Rams as it happens.

Well thanks for your informative reply all the same. Kosher salt is not a product I see on the shelves here in the UK, but I can buy sea salt flakes (possibly the same or similar) that have become my absolute favorite thing for getting pork skin to crackle.
That would be more defies its brands heritage. Japan and pickup trucks go together like, well, not America and pickup trucks, and maybe not quite America and apple pie, maybe America and pizza? Yeah, America and pizza.
That sounds beautiful
That box truck. I bet that thing has done some wheelies.
Depends what you mean by modern?
Shhh. You're not supposed to tell the yanks about the Defenders.
How much air can you get in it?
I've started seeing increasing numbers of Great Wall pickups over here in the UK but I haven't spotted any other Chinese (or Chinese badged, rather, we've got a Chinese car that's badged as an MG) vehicles on the road. I'd really like to do Top Gear test it against similar trucks from Nissan, Toyota, Isuzu etc but I…
I was gonna mention Dick Lovett. It's just down the road from me.
This is a site about cars and shit. We like talking about cars and shit.
"I was scared of the naked man so I used my car as a weapon" This is not acceptable.
With a rolled R. Yeah, I'm with you, it's definitely an oo sound not an aa sound. Actually, the more I think about it the more I think that Subaru actually own the archetypal vroom. I'm going with vroom.
I think it's worth noting that the other known person who Jeremy Clarkson has punched is Piers Morgan, a true asshole. Now, I am a Top Gear fan, so I am biased here, but I'm also a die hard feminist and anti-fascist so I'm hardly your average Clarkson apologist. I do, however, have a theory about Clarkson. I think…
I once watched the sunrise on new years day from a beach on the east coast of New Zealand. I can remember enjoying the fact that I was among the first people in the world to watch 2005 happen. Jesus. That was 10 years ago. Now I feel old.
Mistakes with car casting can really ruin movies and TV for me, and I'm sure it's the same for people with other special interests. I love the Australian crime series Underbelly, it's so well made and well researched in so many ways but they constantly use 90's cars in scenes that are supposed to take place in the…
I hate it. I'm sure they'll sell loads. In all seriousness I'm surprised they haven't done a more conventional wagon shaped SUV, they'd sell loads of those, too.
Sooner or later someone was going to try and do the 6 wheel luxury monster truck thing with a Defender, I'm glad Land Rover didn't stoop to doing it themselves. No rear doors on something so long both is and looks stupid, way more hearse than shooting brake, especially with the stretched out rear window. It's a…
Reminds me of this movie
